Inspired by zoot suit movement – a style that became popular in Harlem, Chicago and Detroit in the 1940’s when gangsters and jazz musicians were notorious for their dashing, fearless style. Reflecting freedom of the mind and body, the clothes were well-cut and oversized.
Our Zunft Zoot Jacket is with wide lapels and wide padded shoulders. Crafted of most precious Japanese denim out there: the rope-dyed fabric’s surface is laser treated making it almost knit-like whilst creating unimaginably soft surface. Unique and snug, the softness of the material works wonders with the laid-back vibe of the suit jacket.
