White Howlite
The very first gem bead we introduce you is crafted of white howlite – a gemstone of awareness used for deep meditation and dimensional travel. Primarily associated with the crown chakra, it gives access to deep-seated memories including those of the past lives. As a true wonder stone, it helps to calm the mind and eliminate selfishness, stress, anxiety, and even insomnia.
